Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd are to hit the road in North America this August on a tour billed the 'Rock and Rebels Tour'.

The two bands are set to be joined by a third, as yet unannounced support act.

The tour will kick off August 8th in Oklahoma City.

Aug. 8: Oklahoma City (Zoo Amphitheater)
Aug. 9: Houston (Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion)
Aug. 14: Cincinnati (Riverbend Music Center)
Aug. 16: Indianapolis (Verizon Wireless Music Center)
Aug. 22: Camden, N.J. (Susquehanna Bank Center)
Aug. 23: Mansfield, Mass. (Tweeter Center for the Performing Arts)
Aug. 25: Toronto (Molson Amphitheatre)
Aug. 30: Holmdel, N.J. (PNC Bank Arts Center)
Aug. 31: Hartford, Conn. (New England Dodge Music Center)

More dates are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
