 Dear Superstar have been announced as main support to Bullet For My Valentine in Helsinki, Finland, confirmed their own 13 date UK tour including a slot at this year’s Rip Curl Boardmasters in Newquay, Cornwall.
The Manchester based glam rock five piece head to Finland this weekend for 3 shows including a sold out show with Bullet For My Valentine at the Tavastia Klub in Helsinki.
Lead singer Micky had this to say “Heading back to Finland for the third time in 18 months is a dream for us. It’s a chance to meet up with friends, play some big ass shows and drink some fine Finnish liquor! What more could we want?”
Dear Superstar’s Never Surrender tour sponsored by Ed Stone Clothing kicks off on the 11th July hitting up venues around the country including Trillians in Newcastle, Academy 2 in Liverpool and the Bar Academy in the bands hometown of Manchester. Their long awaited UK tour is guaranteed to be an endless run of booze fuelled frantics and pure rock’ n roll debauchery.
During the dates Dear Superstar will be stopping at Fistral Beach in Newquay on the 4th August to play the Rip Curl Boardmasters Beach Session alongside Kids in Glass Houses. A full list of tour dates can be seen below. Fans will get the first glimpse of the new tracks off the bands upcoming album ‘Heartless’.
Dear Superstar recently recorded their full length album titled ‘Heartless’ with Romesh Dodangoda (Bullet For My Valentine, Funeral for a Friend, Manic Street Preachers) at Long Wave Recording studios.
