The Washington D.C. branch of The Paul Green School of Rock will be performing two Rush tribute shows at The Santa Fe Cafe
in College Park, Maryland, on Friday January 4th and Saturday January
5th from 7-9PM. The Paul Green School of Rock is a rock music program
for kids which was the brainchild of musician/entrepreneur Paul Green.
It was first established in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1998 but now
has branches all across the nation. The school was the subject of an
award-winning 2004 documentary titled Rock School, and is often cited as the inspiration for the 2003 Jack Black movie School of Rock.
As previously reported by Rushisaband.com It's that time of year again. The holidays are just around the corner
so it's time to buy your favorite Rush fan a gift. But what do you get
them? They already have 6 copies of Snakes & Arrows by now, the Rush Backstage Club has sold out of their Snakes & Arrows USB flash sticks and tickets for the 2008 leg won't go on sale until next year.
