Editor review
Traditional metal and timeless quality are two of the terms that have been thrown around when talking of the debut effort from UK metallers Vendetta's Tyranny of Minority. It's just a shame the album doesn't quite live up to the standards they've set themselves.
Musically the album is very good, you can't particularly fault the guitars or production, it's just that the album seems to lack any real standout moments... from start to finish it just drags. Vocally, singer Edward Box does a fine job, but again it's so unspectacular, so workmanlike that you don't really identify with anything that he's singing about.
By the end of the album, you may well find yourself hard pushed to remember a single one of the tracks you've just listened too, they really are that spectacularly average.
