Krackerjack

Before I get over-excited about Krackerjack, I feel I should mention their album cover!  Should I be browsing the music stores for new bands, this is certainly one I would overlook - infact, steer well clear of!  It will make you think of grandads wanting to hang onto their not so very rock n roll images for far too long ............. BUT it also disguises some of the best melodic rock I have heard in years!

Its not very often that I review an album that has me listening to it again and again and calling up all my mates to expose such music quality!  Think along the style lines of Deep Purple, Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy and youre thinking about Krackerjack!

Even though Krackerjack was formed in 1997 and seemed to have a few teething problesm, which hopefully with their current line up, they can keep on producing albums of this outstanding ability.  

I think we will definately see Krackerjack on international stages soon!

Of special mention, Rock On (track 3) has the classic rock lyrics that will have fans singing along, rocking out and air guitaring all the way through.  Big riffs, catchy drumming and pleasant lyrics make this song kick ass!
