Grace is young and pretty, and together with her band has been playing live dates ceaselessly across London for some time now. That’s about all I can tell you, as their MySpace page is terribly basic (which might be a mistake these days) and their website is no more informative. I don’t know who the band are, where they come from – oh, no, one’s Canadian. What I can tell you is that the music is…. Pretty good.

Nothing outstanding here, no guitar heroes, but a very solid bunch of talented people backing a vocal which I believe is nowhere near its peak yet. Grace’s voice is the stunner, with echoes of Patti Smith alongside a sweet softness. This is one that will mature like a fine wine.

Overall, we are talking Soft Rock music fronted by a pretty face, but since it’s a jolly fine sound and they are actually working really hard to promote their stuff, I recommend looking out for them on the London circuit, stop on by, buy a beer…. And enjoy.
