rollingstones.jpg WENN Reports that THE ROLLING STONES are tipped to quit touring after playing a London gig this weekend - because they are too old to continue performing.

The veteran rockers are scheduled to play at London's O2 Arena on Sunday (26Aug07) and will announce their current A Bigger Bang Tour will be their last because frontman Sir Mick Jagger, 64, and guitarist Keith Richards, 63, will be too old to do another, according to reports.

A source says, "We've been told this will be the last tour. Embarking on a Stones world tour takes years to plan. Mick and Keith would be in their late 60s by the time they would be ready to rock once more."

The band - also including drummer Charlie Watts and guitarist Ronnie Wood - have spent two years on the road for their current tour. (LJ/WNWCNA/SH)
