steeviejaimz.jpgFormer Tigertailz vocalist Steevi Jaimz has announced that he has signed a deal with Rock-It Management, and is currently working on a new album set to be titled 'My Private Hell'.

According to Jaimz "The new record is in the final stages of recording and will be mixed at the end of the month at Polar Studios Stockholm, Sweden (Abba, Led Zeppelin, Scorpions). It will be mixed and produced by the now legendary Chris Laney.

"I'm really excited about the album. People will finally get to hear what myself, Chris Laney and Anders Ringman have been working on for the last coupla' years. All but one of the tunes on the record are collaborations with Chris and Anders. The other being a Laney/ Ryan Roxie (Alice Cooper, Slash's Snakepit) written tune.

"Lack of industry support has continued to delay the release of this composition, but with the support of Rock It Management, I am now in a position to unleash MY PRIVATE HELL to a wealth of anticipating fans around the Summer of 2008. I am very proud of the work we have produced, so far, to this CD. It is by far the best material I have ever been involved with or released, period! Its a Fukkin' Monster!!"

As previously reported Bassplayer Joacim Sandin has announced that he is to part ways with Steevi Jaimz Band to concentrate fully on his other project, Bai Bang.

He noted that "I Have Decided To Leave The Steevi Jaimz Band to focus 100% with Bai Bang."

There is no bad blood apparently, and he has wished his former band mates the best for the future.

"I wish Steevi, Danny and Andi the best of luck in the future, I love you guys. I wanna thank all of you who have helped the band and helped us at our gigs. Ian, Pet, GlammyDave, Ashley and the rest of you."
