Lauren Harris will unveil her debut album via digital download on May 19th, with a physical version set to be released via Demolition Records on June 23rd.

The album, 'Calm Before The Storm', has been written over the past 3 years, and in antipation for it's release the track Steal Your Fire has been made available for fans to download via Harris' myspace site.

While the digital version will include full artwork, Demolition have announced that the physical release will also contain a cover of UFO's 'Natural Thing' and a bonus DVD with extra video footage.

Harris' father, Steve Harris of Iron Maiden fame guests on several of the tracks on the album, the first time that he has ever recorded for a non Iron Maiden album.

Following joining Maiden successfully on their trans-global "Somewhere Back in Time" tour first leg in Feb/Mar, Lauren and her band will continue on tour Maiden through North America (May 21 to June 21) and Europe (June  27 to Aug 19) along with playing a number of European Festivals in this period.

Says Lauren; "We have worked hard on this record for some time between out hectic touring schedule and are really delighted that its finally coming out soon. We hope the many fans around the world who we have met on tour like it as much as we all do, and look forward to seeing many of you again on tour this Summer at the Maiden shows and festivals we are playing"
