Hello everyone reading this - Zion here from SPiT LiKE THiS in the Komodo Rock offices trying to decide what to write about, so probably best to just talk about what we've been up to today.

8am is never a good time to wake up but, as we were first band up on the Born Again stage, it was a time we had to endure.  Up @ 8 and then desperately trying to get ourselves gig fit in time for our noon performance.

Set up the stage etc - an SLT show always takes a lot of preparation - and then got ready to rrrooooocccckkkkk!  5 minutes before showtime, the stage manager came down and said "time to hit the stage, 5 minutes to go - not that anyone's there" - nice!  So, we were expecting a bit of a shitty turnout but then, they opened the doors and, fuck me, the place filled out.  Seems that 12 o'clock IS a good time to rock and we proceeded to knock 'em dead.  For those that know our shit, the set we played was:

We had a snake dancer and zombie come out for Obscene (was supposed to come out for Dead Girl but shit goes wrong sometimes) and we had fire and grinders come out for the finale.  I wish I was in the audience to see us from their point of view - it must have looked spectacular!

After all the excitement, we had to get all our shit off stage and then do a signing.  Was worried that no-one was gonna come but, we sat down and there was an instant queue and we ended up signing CD's, flyers, posters etc for a good 40 minutes!  

Fucking awesome stuff.  I have to fuck off now, more interviews!  But I can't go without plugging our album, "We Won't Hurt You (But We Won't Go Away)" - selling (out) everywhere...
