Southampton's electro sleazy trash rockers the Plastic Toys recently supported Gundogs at their concert in Brighton at the Freebutt.
Live photos from the bands set can be viewed below.
Komodo Rock reviewer Mike Elliott commented on the band after their slot at the Camden Underworld that "Well it's official, the Plastic Toys are finally coming of age.
"With their recent tour in support of My Ruin they sounded good, and tonight, as they continue their current tour supporting My Passion, Southampton's finest sleazy electro rockers have pulled out all the stops, and now sound like so many people thought they one day would.
"They're tight, loud, heavy, and slick. Don't get me wrong, they're still dirty and sleazy with it, but this is now a band that everyone should be sitting up and taking note of. The Plastic Toys have stepped up their game, they've taken it to the next level, and boy does it show.
"Jon Plastic now controls the audience like a psychotic ringmaster, and he has them eating out of his hand. He controls them, uses them, abuses them, chews them up and spits them out to the sounds of dirty electro goodness."
