 Swedish rockers XXX who feature Snowy Shaw have announced that their planned video shoot scheduled for this Saturday, September 13th has been cancelled.
A statement from the band reads "The video-shoot XXX had planned for their new song '' Hello! '' has been cancelled !
"In other words, fans DO NOT have to come to Götaplatsen, Gothenburg on Saturday Sept.13th as previously stated !
"The Reason? The video director Johan Berström has disappeared from the face of the earth ... and has taken all the budget with him, OUR money ! There will be a statement and explanation as soon as we know more about the whole situation.
"We are awefully sorry for the inconvenience, please accept our most sincere apologies.
"There is absolutely nothing we can do about it to solve this and believe me when I say we have tried all in our power.
"Thanxx for understanding."
The band recently revealed the cover artwork and tracklist for their upcoming CD "Heaven,Hell Or Hollywood?"
The cover artwork contains Superhero illustrations, done by Al Rio of
Marvel Comics. Al Rio has previously drawn Batman, The Incredible Hulk
and more ...
XXX - is pronounced Triple X and these 3 X-men behind the fitting
moniker are: SNOWY SHAW ( drums and vocals ), ROB NASTY ( bass and
vocals ) and X ( guitars and vocals ).
"Heaven, Hell or Hollywood?" was mixed by Andy La Roque in Sonic Train Studios. And produced by Snowy Shaw and X.
The album is scheduled for an October 22, 2008 release by King Records
for Japan and the band is currently looking for proper deals for
Europe, America and so forth.
