The Wildhearts Post "Video Scrap Book" From Download 2008 |

 The Wildhearts have made available a video 'scrap-book' of Download 2008 with 'Understanding Jane' as the soundtrack (taken from The Wildhearts new album "Stop Us If You've Heard This One Before Vol 1").

Stop Us If You've Heard This Before Vol 1 is available now. The album tracklist was put together by Ginger, Ritch, CJ & Scott
and marks the first time that each member has taken lead vocal duties
on a Wildhearts project.
Ginger comments "The laws that govern success in the music
industry would lead you to believe that the best music is the most
popular music, and this is patently untrue. I can't wait until we can
bring you volumes 2 through to 5000, to prove beyond any sane doubt
that the best music is what resonates with you personally, however many
copies it has sold worldwide."
Stop Us If You've Heard This One Before Vol 1 tracklisting is as
follows: 'Unsung' (HELMET), 'The World Comes Tumblin'' (THE
DISTILLERS), 'Understanding Jane' (ICICLE WORKS), 'Waiting Room'
(FUGAZI), 'Geez Louise' (THE UNBAND), 'Ice Hockey Hair' (SUPER FURRY
ANIMALS), 'Rocket 69' (THE LEE HARVEY OSWALD BAND), 'Possum Kingdom'

'Battleship Chains' (GEORGIA SATELLITES), 'Carmelita' (WARREN ZEVON).
The CD includes a 20 page booklet, with notes on each track by the band.
