 Faster Pussycat Frontman Taime Downe has posted the following update:
"I may be evil... But get the facts right!!!!!!---a letter from Brents wife (EJ)
to a Faster Pussycat fan.
And my response to all this
BS.
EJ----> He sued Brent for the band name. Brent has owned the
name over 6 years, and Brent didn't mind sharing the right of using the name
with Taime. But Taime is greedy. He wants the right all by himself.
TD----> He ILLEGALLY registered it behind our backs. I formed the
band, and brought Brent in. I'm not going share a band name. It's not a hooker,
or taxi. It's like a child, something I created. Form your own band, and create
your own name
EJ----> When Brent had a cancer, Taime even dind't
call him or asked him how Brent was doing. Instead he replaced Brent with some
guy from Murder Doll without even asking Brent if he can play or not. He deleted
Brent's name from band mamber list, and he deleted Brent's photos from the
Faster Pussycat myspace. Brent never said he quit the band. But Taime just got
rid of Brent from the band.
TD----> Bullshit! I called him 3 or 4
times and I never got a call back from him or EJ. Danny and I were going to
drive out to see him. I didn't get a call from Brent, until I was in Detroit in
May..... Eric from the Murder Dolls came in when Brent said he had to go to real
estate school and couldn't do this east coast run and Europe. He got sick after
that. And even after that I never heard from him. Then we got Michael Thomas to
play. Brent was NEVER kicked out! He just plays it when it suits him. That
doesn't work with me.
EJ----> So when Brent decided to have his own
version of Faster Pussycat with Eric and Brett, Taime sued Brent. In fact if
Brent decided to fight at the court, Brent had much better chance to win the
case because Brent owns the name legally. BUT Brent gave it to Taime. Brent gave
the web site fasterpussycat.com to Taime too. Brent didn't think it's worth to
fight over the stupid name. So he gave everything to Taime.
TD---->
He gave me nothing!!! He was forced to. Brent and EJ make me out to be this evil
person, just because I wont bend over and let them fuck me for everything I let
them be a part of. He was a part of it, sometimes, but only when it meant money
or something for him.... He had no chance to win, because he got the name
illegally, not only that, he did it sneaky behind our backs! Only when I was
gonna come after damages =(money) did Brent settle. So I wouldn't take his
assets.
EJ----> Taime thinks he won. But there's no winner or loser
because there was no fight. Brent gave it to Taime for free.
TD---->
Yes there was a fight ..... and It wasn't FREE. Maybe for him.
EJ----> Taime should be happy bacause he could have lost alot of
money & the band name too. But now he has the band name.
TD---->
We did loose a lot of money... and you took it, and not just from evil ol me!
The whole band, the one that has been working on together continuously, longer
than YOU! Don't forget that.
EJ----> But instead of being happy, Taime
becomes more bitter and mean and evil!
TD----> I am happy! Not
because of you! I've never been bitter! Pissed off is more the word. Someone
tries to steal your life's work doesn't make you bitter! Just very
mad.
EJ----> Brent let Taime play the Rocklahoma show & Taime did
an incredible thing on the stage.
TD----> He didn't let me play
Rocklahoma....... EJ, I don't know what Brent is feeding you. We legally stopped
his ass from playing anymore shows as FP!!!
EJ----> This is what Taime

"Fuck the cancer victim! I wish the cancer could have KILLED him!"
TD----> That is the biggest crock of shit. I may have said something
derogatory towards Brent, but considering the shit he has put us through. But I
would NEVER wish Brent dead! Thats such crap. I've lost family and close friends
to cancer. You honestly think that's what I wished? I think someone else is a
little bitter!
EJ----> Now. do you still think this person deserves
your support? I don't. I can't. If you choose to support him, that's fine. But I
can't really be friends with someone who supports Taime Downe. He's EVIL.
Nothing can justify what he said on the stage about Brent. NOTHING! So don't try
to make him look like a poor thing with nothing.
He's got his band which he
really wanted. So it's not true when you said he had nothing. He's got his
drugs, he's got his power, he's got his band. He's got what he wanted. In his
world he's got everything. But still he said something HORRIBLE like that to his
old time friend IN PUBLIC..
How can you support some one like him? He said
he wished the cancer would have killed Brent in public. On the stage. How can
you like him? I don't know. I woudln't.
Like I said it's all upto you. But i
can't really talk to you with an open heart IF you think Taime has right to say
those horrible things.
This is what happend, and like I said, it's upto you.
I can't like Taime, and his friends/suppoters. That's it.

What, a campaign against me? For what? Some bullshit you made up? I never wished
Brent dead! That's just stupid! This isn't high school! And I think its time for
you to let it go... children!"
