Megadeth Encourage Political Participation |

 Megadeth have announced that they have teamed up with HeadCount to encourage political participation in this years US Presidential Election.
An update on the bands official website notes "Megadeth is working with the non-partisan organization HeadCount to
register voters and encourage political participation among people of
all ages. To volunteer for HeadCount and help staff voter registration
booths at concerts (on the Megadeth tour or for other bands), or to
register to vote, visit www.headcount.org.
HeadCount has set a goal of registering 100,000 voters in 2008,
ensuring that people from all walks of life are represented at the
polls. Megadeth is proud to be among many artists supporting this
important cause."
