 Kamelot guitarist Thomas Youngblood has checked in from Helsinki following the bands recent performance at the Ankkarock Festival.
He said "We stayed a few days later to enjoy this great city and meet some
friends. Annkarock was a ton of fun and it was great to see some
familiar faces in the audience. After the show we all headed over to
Henry's Pub for the infamous Sunday Jam. Casey and our buddy Lauri
Porra sat in on a few songs, it was great! Anyway, we will see some of
you in a few weeks in Lillehammer and Assen!"
Kamelot have announced that they will return to Europe in March 2009
for a tour that is being dubbed the 'Rule The World Tour 2009'.
The trek will see the band play dates in the UK, Switzerland,
France, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, with the tour scheduled to
start on March 20th in Tilburg.
The new dates follow from earlier news that announced that the band
will "shoot video from each of the upcoming concerts" in Europe this
August,
"including the utilization of the massive camera crew planned for the
Wacken Festival in Germany."
