Gemini Five have announced that guitarist Dee Dee has split with the band, which forced the band into cancelling Saturday's (Sept 27th) concert in Sundsvall.

The band said that "Lead guitarist Dee Dee has very rapidly decided to leave the band due to private and personal reasons. His decision is understandable and accepted by the other bandmembers. This is however something we could not predict and therefore some "last-minute-actions" need to be considered.

"The Stockholm show at Tantogarden on Wednesday Oct 1st is still on thanks to Martin Sweet of CrashDiet whom is filling in temporarily on lead guitar."
