Z Records have announced that Eden - who are about to release their latest album 'Oblivion' through the label - will be appearing at the labels inaugural Z Rock Talent Search on November 9th at the Limelight in Crewe.
Eden will perform just prior to the announcement of the competitions winner.
The label have said that they hope the event "will develop the UK's live scene and help unsigned bands get their music heard."
Z Rock Talent 08 will be held a the Limelight Club in Crewe, with the
main prize to be an opening spot on the labels annual festival Z Rock
in 2009, although the label also hints that there will be the
possibility of a recording contract on the line as well.
The contest will be judged by a panel consisting of Record Label
Representatives, Radio DJ's and Journalists, with the hope "of finding
the next inspiring rock act", and will cover the AOR, Melodic Rock,
Progressive and Melodic Metal genres.
